As a CPA pre-approved training office, Charlton + Company provides students with the practical experience, mentorship, and professional development needed to progress toward their CPA designation.

Our students gain hands-on experience across a variety of clients, industries, and engagement areas while developing their technical knowledge, professional judgment, and client-service skills.

With guidance from experienced CPA mentors, students receive ongoing support throughout the CPA Professional Education Program and their practical experience journey.
